People get bored with childhood
They rush to grow up
And then long to be children again.
They lose their health to make money
Then lose their money to restore their health
By thinking anxiously about the future
They forget the present
Such that they live in neither the present nor the future
They live as if they will never die
And die as though they had never lived
People must learn….
We cannot make anyone love us
All we can do is let ourselves be loved
It’s not good to compare yourself to others
For we are all different for a reason
We must learn to forgive by practicing forgiveness
We must learn that it only takes a few seconds to open profound wounds in those we love
But it can take many years to heal them
A rich person is not one who has the most
But is one who needs the least
We must learn that there are people who love us dearly
But simply do not yet know how to express or show their feelings
We must realize that two people can look at the same things and see it differently
Understand that it is not enough to just forgive one another,
But we must also forgive ourselves.
